I do not necessarily have something that motivates me, Going to the gym and eating a balanced diet is a lifestyle change that when you take on becomes a habit, Just like you dont need to be motivated to brush your teeth or have a shower…you just do it.

My main focus is to guide people threw their fitness journey in the most optimal way possible, help them reach their goals and become a better version of themselves.
